HG Sply Co believes food should be simple, yet indulgent. They are inspired by the paleo diet and believe that labels should not define wholesome food. A mix between basic ingredients and the popular food of today, the restaurant adds many Paleo-inspired meals with portions fit for a caveman. They have dishes like the Duck Fried “Rice,” consisting of “orange-chile-honey-glazed duck,” brussel sprouts and stir-fried cauliflower rice. HG Sply Co also offers bowls where one can choose a protein they call the “hunted” and a vegetable for the “gathered.” The restaurant has a rooftop that is open at 5 p.m. on weekdays and 11a.m. on weekends. All items can be prepared gluten and dairy-free when requested.
