Brazosport
|
Known for its abundant natural resources, Brazosport is the place to catch the big one any time of year, whether it’s saltwater wade fishing in the flats or tossing lines off the jetty. A diverse habitat combined with prime location and mild climate make the area a haven to more than 300 bird species. More than 600 known shell species are scattered along 27 miles of sandy coastline on Quintana, Bryan, and Surfside beaches, where visitors also enjoy RV parks, boardwalks, and other amenities. On top of all this recreation, check out the fascinating Varner-Hogg Plantation, two national wildlife refuges, and numerous other golf, historical, and outdoor adventures.
